Two of my favorites, I decided to put them together. So light and fruity, it melts in your mouth! You don't need an oven for this quick and easy recipe.
You will need...
1 package of strawberries (about 10-12)
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
1 package of Knox unflavored gelatin ( there are 4 packs in a box)
1/2 cup sugar
1 Prepared graham cracker crust
1/2 cup unflavored yogurt
1/2 boiling water
tools- blender, whisk, mixing bowls
Here it goes..
1. Prepare strawberries- clean and cut off stems. Save some pretty ones for garnishing later.
2. Blend them well, make sure there's no big chunks left.
3. Add sugar, yogurt, and cream cheese then blend until you see a pretty pink.
4. Pour the "smoothie" into a large mixing bowl.
5. In a small bowl, pour one pack of gelatin powder, add boiling water, then quickly whisk until well dissolved. ( You will still have some stubborn chunks, strain them later)
6. Pour the gelatin mixture into smoothie (strain gelatin chunks as you pour it) then whisk the mixture together.
7. Pour the mixture onto graham pie crust.
8. Put the clear lid back on, then chill in the refrigerator for about 20 min.
9. It's easier to garnish when the cheesecake is not completely hardened.
10. Refrigerate again for 1-2 hours or until ready to serve.

Enjoy~
